Created for both individuals and small groups seeking connection, reflection, and shared experience within motherhood.
This work has been part of my life for a long time, in different ways, at different stages, but always with the same intention.
Supporting mothers and families through these moments of change is something I felt drawn to very early on, and something that has continued to deepen over the years through experience, learning, and the families I’ve had the privilege to work with.
Today, Avalon is the space where all of that comes together, a way of offering care that is personal, thoughtful, and shaped entirely around each family.
