Our Approach

At Avalon, care is not a fixed model, it is something that adapts to each family.

Our work brings together evidence-based knowledge, intuitive care, and a deep understanding of the emotional and practical realities of early parenthood.

We focus on continuity, building relationships over time rather than offering isolated services.

Every experience is:

Fully personalised and responsive to your evolving needs
Multilingual and culturally aware
Grounded in both professional training and lived experience
Designed to offer clarity, structure, and emotional support

There is no single way to move through motherhood.
Our role is to meet you where you are, and support you from there.

Why Avalon

In Celtic myth, Avalon was a place of healing, a land associated with deep knowledge and feminine wisdom.

It was said to be guided by women: priestesses, healers, and guardians of life’s thresholds. Among them were the Nine Sisters of Avalon, each carrying her own gifts, collectively watching over birth, death, and transformation.

The name Avalon reflects not just inspiration, but intention.

What we offer is more than a service, it is a space. A space between worlds: between trying and becoming, between letting go and beginning again, between who we were and who we are becoming.

This work lives in that in-between, in the uncertain, the raw, and the transformative middle.

Like the island, Avalon is a space of return, of restoration, remembering, and becoming. We don’t recreate the myth. We carry it forward, as a living space of healing, made real again.

Welcome to Avalon, our new age healing ground.

From a very early stage in my life, I felt a strong and consistent pull toward supporting women, families, and the profound transitions that shape the beginning of life.

What began as an instinctive interest gradually became a dedicated path, combining formal training in maternal care, newborn support, postpartum recovery, and holistic family wellbeing with years of direct experience accompanying families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

Over time, I have supported families from a wide range of cultural and international backgrounds, most often in moments of transition, uncertainty, or change. These experiences shaped the foundation of my approach: care that is continuous, adaptive, and deeply personal.

A central part of my work has been supporting expat and internationally mobile families, those navigating pregnancy and early parenthood away from familiar systems and extended family networks. Having lived across countries myself, I understand this experience both professionally and personally.

Avalon Maternal Care emerged from this intersection of training, lived experience, and a clear need I observed repeatedly: care that is not fragmented, but coherent; not standardized, but responsive to each family’s reality.

Today, Avalon is a structured yet deeply personal care ecosystem supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My role is to ensure that each experience remains grounded, thoughtful, and continuously refined through practice.

At its core, my work is guided by a simple principle:

No two families require the same form of support, and care should reflect that.

Everything is designed with this in mind: presence, precision, and the ability to meet families where they are.

Our Roots

Avalon was born from a need,
the need for care that truly sees us.

Not just care for the body,
but for the whole of us: emotional, relational, spiritual.

The kind of care that holds space through immense transitions — beginnings, endings, rebirths.

It’s about seeing people as whole beings. Listening deeply.
Working integratively.
Offering support that adapts to each story.

I dreamt of Avalon for years.
A place where people feel met. Held.
Guided.
Supported.

This is about humanising care again, recognising the many layers we carry, and creating care that meets them all.

This is our root.
And from here, everything grows.
